Special Agent Evans (retired) currently holds the position of Division Chief for the Sexual Harassment Investigations Program at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). She retired as a Special Agent and senior manager from NCIS in 2019 after serving for 22 years. Special Agent Evans’ supervisory assignments with NCIS included the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) and Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) of Criminal Investigations/Operations in Norfolk, VA as well as the ASAC of Counterintelligence Investigations/Operations in San Diego, CA and the Division Chief for the Family and Sexual Violence (FSV) and the Threat Management Programs. Special Agent Evans’ previous assignments include the NCIS Field Office Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NC (1997-2000); NCIS Field Office Hawaii, Pearl Harbor, HI (2000-2002), Special Agent Afloat aboard the USS George Washington CVN-73 (2002-2003), NCIS Field Office Norfolk, VA (2003-2006), and NCIS Resident Agency Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA.  Prior to NCIS, Special Agent Evans was with the Norfolk (VA) Police Department for eight years serving as a
patrol officer and homicide detective.
