Brandon Hall is a current 911 emergency dispatcher with 24 years on the job for the Metro Nashville Department of Emergency Communications where he dispatches both emergency and non-emergency police, fire and medical calls. In his time there he has worked nationally recognized events such as the 2010 flood, the Christmas Day Bombing, killer tornadoes, and numerous active shooters.
He is also the host of Music City 911, a podcast that takes you inside real life 911 situations, from the 911 calls to the police audio, where he uses his decades of experience to break down and dissect real 911 calls, while both entertaining as well as educating listeners on the ins and outs of the first line of first responders; the dispatchers, offering a very real and raw look behind the scenes.
