Angeline Hartmann

National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
Communications Director
As the Director of Communications at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Angeline uses her media expertise to help families find their missing loved ones. She also serves as a spokesperson for the organization and is a regular contributor to the television show, “On Patrol: Live.” Before Angeline joined the National Center, she was a Correspondent and Producer for the legendary television show, “America’s Most Wanted,” with John Walsh, where she worked closely with law enforcement agencies across the country, profiling their most dangerous fugitives and unsolved cases.

Fueling her passion to help more crime victims tell their stories, she launched her independent podcast in 2018. “Inside Crime with Angeline Hartmann” is a platform dedicated to amplifying the voices of those who have endured the darkest of experiences, and provides fresh, authentic perspectives. Angeline's podcast recently achieved a remarkable milestone when it played a pivotal role in a decades old case that was finally solved. As the original reporter at the crime scene, she had been working with investigators since 1999 and received accolades for her coverage. Angeline has also been honored with multiple Emmy Awards for her storytelling and recognized by many law enforcement agencies for her reporting and dedicated work in their investigations. Angeline is also a contributing crime analyst on several national television shows and helped create the hit TV One crime show, “ATL Homicide.”
